The HYROX365 affiliation is a subscription-based service offering for gyms, coaches and online training platforms. Gyms (brick and mortar) can affiliate as either an official HYROX TRAINING CLUB or an exclusive HYROX PERFORMANCE CENTER. Coaches can affiliate as an Official HYROX PERFORMANCE COACH. Can any type of gym affiliate with HYROX365?

HYROX operates an open affiliation model*, which means all types of gyms and organizations are welcome to affiliate with HYROX. * For Performance CENTER's there is an application process, as we operate on a limited number per geographic location and a minimum requirements (floorspace, equipment & design) which is discussed during the business case review.

How does affiliation work if I operate multiple locations?

Accepted Answer

Each HYROX affiliation, and the associated benefits, are exclusively for an individual location i.e. if a gym brand has, for example, three locations and wants each location to enjoy the benefits of partnering, each will need to be affiliated independently.

Do I need to run daily HYROX classes as an Affiliate?

Accepted Answer

Whilst we’d love you too, the answer is no. It's your gym and you can decide what classes you run, and when. That said, the HYROX programming that affiliated members have access to provides exclusive access to an evergreen library of daily programming tools, class tutorials, marketing materials and more… Whether you want a complete daily programming solution or to supplement your existing systems; affiliation meets you where you and your coaches are.

You can indeed! Given the global nature of the HYROX race network, and the speed at which we’re adding new countries and cities, many are choosing to affiliate and leverage the partnership to massively boost member retention and generate new leads.

What are the minimum requirements to become a HYROX TRAINING CLUB?

Accepted Answer

There are no minimum requirements to become a HYROX Training Club. However, we do advise on having most of our equipment or alternatives and suitable space for either personal training, open gym or group classes. How do I become an official HYROX Performance Coach?

To become an official HYROX Performance Coach, you must  affiliate as a HYROX Performance Coach . This is done by creating a  Coach account in the HYROX Portal  and completing the official  affiliation process . Once affiliated, you receive access to the  HYROX Academy Courses . You then have  3 months  to successfully complete: the  HYROX Foundation Course the  HYROX Level 1 Course After completing both courses  while affiliated , you are certified to call yourself a  HYROX Performance Coach  for the duration of your active affiliation.

What title can I use if I work at an affiliated gym and completed the Foundation Course?

If you are actively coaching at a current HYROX Training Club or Performance Center and have completed the  HYROX Foundation Course , you are recognized as an  Official HYROX Group Instructor . This title is  only valid while operating at that affiliated facility  and may not be used independently.

Question 15

What title can I use if I work at an affiliated gym and completed the Foundation Course AND Level 1?

Accepted Answer

If you are actively coaching at a current HYROX Training Club or Performance Center and have completed both the  HYROX Foundation Course and HYROX Level 1 , you are recognized as a “HYROX Performance Coach at [Affiliate Name]” . This designation is  only valid while coaching at that specific HYROX-affiliated facility .

Can I market myself independently using HYROX if I work at an affiliated gym?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaches working at a HYROX Training Club or Performance Center may  not  market themselves as standalone, self-employed, or independent Personal Trainers using the HYROX brand. HYROX titles and branding may only be used  in direct connection with the affiliated facility .

Will I appear on the HYROX Coaches Directory if I work at an affiliated gym?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaches operating under a HYROX Training Club or Performance Center are  not  listed on the HYROX Coaches Directory, regardless of completed education.

Question 18

What do I need to call myself a HYROX Performance Coach as a standalone or self-employed Personal Trainer?

Accepted Answer

To independently use the title  “HYROX Performance Coach” , you must: Be  personally affiliated  as a HYROX Performance Coach Have completed the  HYROX Foundation Course AND HYROX Level 1  within the required timeframe Only when  both affiliation and education  are fulfilled may the title be used independently.

Can I market myself using the HYROX brand as a standalone Personal Trainer?

Accepted Answer

Yes —  only  if you are personally affiliated as a HYROX Performance Coach and have completed both the  Foundation Course and Level 1 . In this case, you may market yourself independently using the HYROX name and branding, in accordance with official brand guidelines.

Will I be listed on the HYROX Coaches Directory as a standalone Personal Trainer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Personally affiliated, self-employed HYROX Performance Coaches who have completed both the  Foundation Course and Level 1   will be featured  on the HYROX Coaches Directory.

Question 21

I completed only the Foundation Course and/or Level 1. What does that allow me to do?

Accepted Answer

You are  HYROX Foundation Course and/or HYROX Level 1 certified , meaning you have completed HYROX education. However, without  active affiliation , this does  not  make you a HYROX Performance Coach and does  not  grant marketing or branding rights.

Does completing HYROX education automatically give me marketing rights?

Accepted Answer

No. HYROX education alone  does not  grant marketing rights. Only the combination of  active affiliation + completed Foundation Course + completed Level 1  allows use of the  HYROX Performance Coach  title and HYROX branding.

Question 23

Are HYROX titles still valid if I leave an affiliated facility or end my affiliation?

Accepted Answer

No. All HYROX titles (including  Official HYROX Group Instructor  and  HYROX Performance Coach ) are  only valid while actively operating under a current HYROX affiliation , either via: a HYROX-affiliated facility, or personal affiliation as a standalone coach.

WHAT IS THE HYROX365 PORTAL?

The HYROX365 Website Portal is the main admin hub for gyms, coaches and athletes. Through the Portal, gyms and coaches can start their affiliation, or, if already affiliated, manage their account to some extent. Gyms  can invite their staff coaches to gain access to the Performance Hub and give free access to the Foundation Course as well... Coaches  can get free access to the Foundation Course and, once available, buy all other courses of the Academy as well. Athletes  need to be registered in the portal to buy our Foundation Level course (or all other courses, once available, as well)

The  PERFORMANCE  HUB  is the place where affiliated gyms and coaches get access to free daily programming, coaching tips and other resources regarding marketing, coaching and much more. You can find "The HUB"  here.

HOW DO I GET ACCESS TO "THE HUB"?

Before  you go directly to the PERFORMANCE HUB  here , you have to have an active affiliation with us! Existing affiliated gyms/coaches: Please log in to your HYROX365 Portal  here . If you haven´t already done so, click on "CLAIM ACCESS TO PERFORMANCE HUB AND ACADEMY" at the bottom of your main page. You will be receiving TWO emails: A) Welcome Email with Instructions to the PERFORMANCE HUB B) Welcome Email with Instructions to the FOUNDATION COURSE of the ACADEMY. New Affiliate gyms/coaches: You have to sign the contract first. Then follow the steps above.

GYM OWNER: HOW DO MY STAFF COACHES GET ACCESS TO "THE HUB" AND "FOUNDATION COURSE?

Once affiliated, you can invite all of your staff coaches to get their own access to the Performance Hub as well as access to the free Foundation Level Course of our Academy. Simply go to "User Manager" and invite your coaches to both or just one of them.

GYM OWNER: HOW DO I DELETE ONE OF MY STAFF COACHES?

If you´ve made a mistake or a coach leaves your business, and you want to delete that coach, go to our  contact form , pick "Tech-Support" and name the email address you want to delete, and we will take care of it for now.
